Please note that we are not able to accept returns – and will not process refunds or repairs – without the original lamp and RMA unless otherwise specified. In the unfortunate and unlikely case that your projector lamp has expired immediately after your 90 day window has passed, we recommend you still contact us. We may be able to still help depending on the circumstances.
The 90-day warranty covers workmanship errors and defective products only.
Please note that all working lamps returned for a refund will be charged for a 15% restocking fee. Also, be sure to check that the existing problem is one with your lamp, and is not related to any projector or TV malfunction. This 15% restocking fee does not apply to defective lamps, as they are covered under our 90-day warranty. To clarify, the 90-daywarranty does not cover:
All returns must be authorized and approved by Projector Lamps World within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Important Note regarding returns and damages
