Our 90 day warranty policy
All our lamps are covered under warranty for 90 days from date of invoice.
We will e-mail you, immediate after your purchase, the respective Invoice and RMA (merchandise authorization number) number unless otherwise specified.
The 90 day guarantee is applied starting on the day you purchase your projector lamp.
If there is a problem, or if you are not satisfied, please call or e-mail us and we will provide you with an RMA form and instructions regarding how to send your projector lamp back to us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns and will not process refunds or repairs without the original lamp and RMA number.
In the unfortunately and unlikely case that you projector lamp has expired just after the guarantee runs out, we still recommend that you contact us and we will try to help as much as possible.
The 90 day warranty covers workmanship errors and defective product only.
Please note that all lamps returned for a refund will be charged for a 15% restocking fee.
Please make sure that you don't have any projector malfunction and the problem is related only to the lamp. Restocking fee does not apply to defective lamps, which are covered under our 90 day warranty.
The 90 days warranty does not cover:
1. Lamps damaged by projector malfunction, i.e. cooling or power supply issues or Blast.
2. Lamps damaged during the shipping. If the package arrived damaged then the customer
has to claim the damage from the respective shipping courier.
All returns must be authorized and approved by Projector Lamps World within 30 days from the original invoice date.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
Please note,
We will not accept a return with any damage to or defacing of the manufacturer's box.
This includes shipping back your item without exterior packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Projector Lamps World recommends using one of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments.
RMA numbers issued by Projector Lamps World are valid for a period of 15 days.
Returns must be received within the RMA return period. RMA numbers will only be issued within 30 days from the original invoice date.
Opened product may be returned for a full product refund or exchange, at our sole discretion, with a valid RMA number.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid RMA number and ALL original packaging, enclosures, order cancellations will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Products that are defective or malfunction on arrival may be returned for warranty exchange with a valid RMA. After our 30-day return policy period has run out, the manufacturer's warranty will go into effect. Most manufacturers offer a 60-day or 500 hour warranty, whichever comes first. Please call the original manufacturer of the lamp assembly to find out what your warranty is for your lamp. If you are having trouble locating the original manufacturer for your lamp, please contact us and we can assist you in finding this out.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances should Projector Lamps World be hold responsible for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform. Including, but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.
